These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and 66xz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 66xz website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 66xz platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of 66xz.

To register and maintain an account on 66xz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 66xz strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. This requirement reflects our commitment to responsible gaming and the protection of young persons.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your location before using the platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 66xz or any associated platform for any reason related to fraud, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms.
• You must register using your own accurate, complete, and current personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Each individual may register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the sole discretion of 66xz.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your 66xz account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not you personally initiated those actions.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 66xz support immediately at [email protected].

You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information on your account at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

66xz may require you to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold or when suspicious account activity is detected. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Failure to complete KYC upon request will result in withdrawal suspension.

The minimum deposit amount on 66xz is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are generally credited to your 66xz account within 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

66xz does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a fraud investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

66xz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. You will be notified via your registered contact details if additional information is required.

All transactions on 66xz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 66xz does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and applicable conversion fees may be deducted.

All bets placed on the 66xz platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are displayed within each product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game type only.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where 66xz determines that a manifest error occurred in the publication of odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds or game outcomes, 66xz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 66xz, particularly when a significant event (such as a wicket, goal, or injury) is imminent or has just occurred.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bet types and are displayed within the relevant sportsbook or casino product. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a given market will be capped at the published limit.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules available within the cricket section of the platform.

66xz uses real-time data feeds from accredited sports data providers to determine match results and settle bets. In the event of a discrepancy between data feed information and official results, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) shall be used for settlement purposes.

66xz offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all 66xz promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Free bet credits must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired free bets are forfeited automatically.
• Promotional offers are subject to minimum odds requirements where stated. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• 66xz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66xz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform using automated means, bots, crawlers, or scripting tools designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data without prior written authorisation from 66xz.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, match, or betting market.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting sporting or casino outcomes on which bets are placed.
• Using the 66xz platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law, and misrepresenting your location to circumvent this restriction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security mechanism used by 66xz.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 66xz platform are the exclusive property of 66xz or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 66xz or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 66xz platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

Game software and content provided on the platform by third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are subject to their individual licensing agreements with 66xz.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66xz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 66xz platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings as a result of technical failures, platform downtime, or interruptions to service.
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or delay in the display of odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 66xz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

66xz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 66xz.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

66xz uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using secure hashing algorithms and are never accessible in plain text to any 66xz employee or contractor.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) solely to the extent necessary to provide the 66xz service. In all such cases, the third-party service provider is contractually bound to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not related to fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

66xz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 66xz will notify registered account holders via email to their registered address, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect — except where changes are required urgently to comply with legal obligations or to address security threats, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 66xz platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
